General FAQ's
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once you have placed your order, we aim to dispatch your order on the same or next working day.
Standard deliveries take 3-5 working days
Express takes 2-3 working days
However, please be aware of delays by couriers which we have no control. If you need your kit in a hurry please add express or next day delivery to your order. If your party is one week ahead, we advise using express shipping to guarantee it arrives on time
If the courier has attempted delivery multiple times and you are not home, they will return the parcel back to us. In this instance you will need to re-pay the delivery charges in order for the couriers to attempt delivery once again.
What do I do if I don't receive my order?
You will find your parcel tracking reference in your email we sent when we dispatched your kits, we recommend you track your item and check your 'safe' delivery area around your house and with your neighbours before contacting us. We must be notified within 3 days if an order has been undelivered so that we can chase it's whereabouts and have time to put it right. Please email us at emily@craftandcrumb.com to notify us of any problems. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered boxes outside of this time frame.

Can I change my order once it has been paid for?
Due to our quick same or next working day dispatch, the process of production starts the moment your order is paid for. Please take a moment to check over your order in the shopping cart before proceeding to the checkout. Please contact Emily at emily@craftandcrumb.com if you need to change your order and we will do our very best!

What are the satisfaction guarantee conditions?
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase please let us know straight away and we will try and rectify the problem for you.
Which party bags are suitable for vegans and/or vegetarians?
Our marshmallow goo popcorn party bag is suitable for vegetarians. Each product page has a full break down of the allergens and who it is suitable for so do have a look.
Most of our kits can be made suitable for vegetarians by substituting vegan alternatives for butter and eggs. The product page will detail the ingredients so you can see which contain vegan friendly sprinkles.

Which party bags are suitable for people with egg allergies?
Our popcorn, sweetie strings and gingerbread kits are suitable for people with egg allergies as they do not require the addition of egg
Which party bags are suitable for people with dairy allergies?
Our sweetie strings and popcorn kit party bags are suitable for people with dairy allergies
Do you supply Gluten free versions of your party bags?
Sadly we are unable to offer Gluten Free kits at the moment but our Popcorn party bag is suitable for those with a gluten allergy.
Are your Kits Nut Free?
Our baking mixes are nut free however as there are so many components to each kit we cannot be 100% sure all products are not produced in factories where nuts are present. If you would like to know if a particular kit is nut free - please check the product page where you will find all allergy info.
How long can I store my kit before using it and how shall I store it?
At Craft & Crumb we only source the best possible ingredients we can find and ensure all our products have a shelf life of approx 3-6 months from when we send out the kit. The item with the shortest best before date will determine the overall best before date.
The ingredients are shelf stable at room temperature (12-18 degrees C.) Please do ensure that you keep all products in a cool, well-ventilated dry place away from direct sunlight - some of our kits contain chocolate that will melt if conditions are hot.
Are the biscuit, cupcake and party bags suitable for children?
All of our biscuit, cupcake and party bag kits are designed for children to use but we advise adult help at all times to get the best results.
Subscription FAQs
How often will I get my Baking Kit?
All boxes will be sent out between the 1st and the 5th every Month but your first order will be shipped as soon as you place your order.
What do I do if I want to cancel?
For the rolling Subscriptions you can cancel at anytime. Just go into your customer account and press cancel subscription. For the one time payment bundle Subscriptions we will refund pro rata. For example if you've received six months worth of boxes but want to cancel the last six months we will refund you based upon how many boxes you've received and those outstanding.
What if I am going away and need to skip a month?
Just go into your customer account and press cancel subscription. You will not be charged for this month and no kit will be sent.
This is a gift, can I add a gift message?
Once you add the subscription to your cart you will be able to add a gift message at checkout. For more details please read the Terms and Conditions
