Brownie Bites with Coconut Flour Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 cup coconut flour

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

2 eggs

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a mini muffin tin or line it with paper liners.

In a medium bowl, sift together the coconut flour, cocoa powder, and salt to remove any lumps.

Add the eggs, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until the batter is smooth and well combined.

Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
